Claudio Tree Work & Landscaping, LLC

Claudio Tree Work & Landscaping is a Bethel tree crew that customers call for the big, close-to-the-house removals, and Google shows 4.8 stars from 220 ratings. In a March 2024 review, a homeowner said Claudio's crew took down a 75 foot oak 8 feet from the side of the house and leaning over it, over two full days, without a scratch on the house, then removed the wood and cleaned debris off the roof. The detail in the reviews is in how the trees come down. An August 2023 customer said Claudio's crane got into a tight space and the crew roped the tree in sections so no limbs fell free, after earlier companies had damaged their lawn and bluestone walkway. A May 2023 customer had 25+ trees taken down and every stump ground. In April 2026, a customer said Claudio came in $600 less than others and had a huge ash down 2 days later, and a February 2025 customer described an emergency removal of a 100+ foot tree next to the house. The complaints are about showing up, not the work. In four Google reviews from December 2025 to July 2026, customers said the company did not come: a July 2026 customer said their quote was scheduled for the wrong day and then the crew no-showed after they took a day off to be present; a May 2026 customer said an appointment was made but no one came or called; a December 2025 customer asked for a snow plowing estimate and said no one showed or called back. In January 2026, a customer who had used the company for about 1 year and 8 months said that on the last project, after a big snow storm, Claudio never showed up and failed to answer about when he would reimburse money they had paid. Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.9 stars from 90 ratings. The company says it has been in business 12 years and offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service.
