Clean Cut Painting and Powerwash paints houses inside and out, paints kitchen cabinets and power washes siding, decks and porches. The company says it has been in business 17 years, and it lists a service area running from Glastonbury and East Hampton to Middletown, Farmington and Avon. A recent customer hired the company to stain the exterior of their home, paint all of the trim, complete several carpentry repairs and refinish their deck. That customer said the team found additional rotten wood during the project, documented it with photos, and discussed and approved all additional repairs before doing them. They also said the company returned for a few touch-ups after the project. Kitchen cabinets are a regular job. A recent customer said Chris, the owner, worked with them on ideas and colors and explained the process; that customer said the proposal was not the lowest but was fair, and that Ty, the team lead, texted his ETA in the mornings. A 2026 customer said the company redid a kitchen cabinet job that a different contractor had botched. The power washing side gets its own calls. A recent customer said Tyler soft washed the siding on their home and took care around the plantings and landscaping. A 2025 customer said Tyler pressure washed their entire house, deck, shed, walkways and roof. Interior jobs range from one room to a whole house. A 2026 customer said Sam prepped a bathroom and painted its popcorn ceiling. A 2025 customer said the company scraped, finished and repainted a chipped, peeling and mildewed bathroom ceiling with mold resistant paint, and saw no new mold about 4 months later. A 2025 customer described an interior project that included removing popcorn texture from the ceilings and repairing walls and ceilings along the way. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0622562, as active, held by Clean Cut Painting LLC.
The painters were very friendly, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend your company to my friends and family. I will be calling for future projects.
Great customer service, showed up right on time. The wash was efficient and fairly priced and the house looks amazing after their cleaning. Very happy we chose Clear Cut.
We couldn't be happier with the paint job Clean Cut did, the work was very professional
Amazing job! Washed my two vinyl fences, treated the moss growth on my shed roof and cleaned all the gutters around my house and garage. Full cleanup after, no mess left behind. Such a fabulous job at a reasonable price.
Clean Cut Painting is truly a professional business all around. From the very start, receiving the quote, paying invoices online, communication with the business office, scheduling, was all fantastic. The interior painting work was meticulous, and they customized some special requests for me. It may cost a little bit more, but the reliability and professionalism are totally worth it.
