A recent customer said Andrew cleaned and regrouted a walkway and raised and leveled pavers that had sunken. A recent customer said the stamped concrete patio was finished in one day. A customer wrote in 2025 that another company had damaged the patio grout, and that Andrew removed it, reinstalled new grout, sealed the patio and fixed a low spot causing a drainage issue. cleanscapes cleaned Our Outdoor backpatio which is about 2000 ft.² of pavers the pressure washed clean them removed all the old sand then re-sanded all of the joints and then sealed everything. Although the patio pavers are about 14 years old when they were done, it looked brand new! This work was performed at the Grand Summit Hotel at Mount Snow in Vermont! Back in the spring, I looked over my paver patio in our backyard. I realized just how dirty it was. I also noticed that some of the pavers were uneven. And there were weeds growing up between the pavers. My 1st thought was, "I can fix this." After my knees and my back stopped laughing at me, I decided to look for someone to do it for me. That's when I found Andrew at Cleanscapes, LLC. I gave him the dimensions of the patio and he gave me a price to come out, clean the pavers, remove the weeds and level the areas that had sunk a bit. When they had completed the job, I could not believe how stunningly beautiful it was! I hadn't realized how much some plants in an adjacent flower bed had encroached on the patio. And there were whole areas of the patio that had been black with accumulated dirt and possibly mold that were restored to their natural color. We live in Manchester and I don't know all of the areas that this company covers. But if you need similar work, save your back and your knees and give them a call!
Andrew did a great job of cleaning out the old seams in our walk and then refilling them with the proper material for years of service.
Andrew the owner was prompt to return my phone call. He offered free estimates for cleaning and sealing a paver patio and a brick walkway at my house in Torrington CT. Andrew was professional, personable, not pushy nor did he try to sell me more than I wanted or needed done. The work was completed over two days and my 15 year old patio looked brand new when done. The brick walkway looks fantastic also. Andrew was specific about the easy maintenance it takes to keep it looking great. I cannot recommend cleanscapes enough as they did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. Definitely contact them if you want pavers cleaned and or sealed
