ClearPath Site Services hauls away junk and clears overgrown ground, and it carries a 5-star Google rating across 43 ratings plus a 5.0 on Thumbtack from 14. Its website lists a service area of Fitchburg, Leominster, Lunenburg, Westminster, Gardner, Ashby, Sterling, Lancaster and Clinton, and the company describes itself there as veteran-owned. One customer sent pictures of a loveseat, a couch and some electronic junk, got a price estimate by text, and said they were available the same day with an ETA; at the end the price was within the amount quoted. A customer said Paul and Autumn had everything done with a day's notice and completed the job in under an hour. A customer said Paul and Sebastian ground sixteen old stumps, moved several large boulders, took out surface roots and hauled it all away, working slowly near the trees the customer wanted kept. That customer wrote that Paul filed the Dig Safe ticket himself before leaving the estimate visit, and that the price stayed where he said it would after the work grew. A customer whose project included a chain-link fence and 80 feet of 40-year-old arborvitae said Paul walked them through his plan, gave a fair quote and showed up when he said he would. ClearPath was hired to clear, weed and mulch one property, and that customer said the yard went from overgrown to clean, with neat mulching.
Thank you!!!
What a great company to work with! Fast, Friendly and Efficient! Pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent - I will definitely use their services again!
Paul and Sebastian ground sixteen old stumps, moved several large boulders, took out surface roots, and hauled every bit of it away. They worked shielded and slow near the trees I wanted kept, and took an old pellet stove with them as a favor. What stood out: Paul filed the Dig Safe ticket himself before leaving the estimate visit, sent both companies' insurance without being asked, and texted an ETA the morning of the job. The work grew after the quote and the price stayed exactly where he said it would. Genuinely good people to have on your property. ClearPath is my first call for site work now. UPDATE, September: They came back for a second job — clearing my northwest corner — and the small stuff is the whole story. ETA texted at 8:58, on site at 10:00. My 82-year-old mother-in-law likes to walk up and ask about the machines; every time, they stop and give her the time like she is the client. I stubbed my toe taking out the trash and yelled — Paul came up the driveway to ask if I needed help, then broke down my cardboard for me. Best of all: my neighbor half-jokingly asked Sebastian if he had tipped her mailbox. He apologized and took the blame without argument, though he had barely brushed it — the post was a 4x4 sitting loose in cinder blocks, never anchored. After she drove off, he got a sledgehammer from his truck and drove the stake in properly. He fixed a neighbor's mailbox better than it has ever stood, free, for someone who is not even his customer. Second job, same price honored, same care. The standard I measure every contractor against.
We recently had Paul and crew haul away some junk and we were thoroughly satisfied with their work! They were fair, quick, neat, professional, and even went above and beyond when we made an extra request. If you need junk removed, you can't go wrong with ClearPath!
Paul and Autumn are a dynamic duo. We had a huge project that no one else wanted to touch. It included a chain linked fence and 80 feet of 40 year old arborvitae’s. Paul walked us through his plan, gave us a fair quote and showed up when he said he would. Throughout the couple days he and his crew were there, we had several opportunities to talk with Paul and Autumn and the rest of their crew. They are the most down-to-Earth, professional, fair, and thorough company we’ve met since redoing our house.
