A 2024 Google customer wrote that an oil delivery notice had called the driveway unsuitable and unsafe for delivery, that the driveway was then salted, and that the oil got delivered with no problem. That customer described the price as reasonable and the punctuality as even better, and wrote that they would use the company again. A 2024 Google customer wrote that CLM was professional and courteous and helped with the last ice storm. On Google the business holds 4.3 stars from 6 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau grades it A+.
“Chris Yitts, owner of CLM Landscaping, moves water out of the Newtown United Methodist Church parking lot Monday morning. Yitts and a crew spent over three hours removing mud, debris and water from the Church Hill Road property.”
Had an issue this winter so far, I had an oil delivery leave a "could not deliver" paper in my mailbox. It said my driveway was unsuitable and unsafe for delivery. My regular plow guy does not have a salt spreader. I am a resident of Southbury but I am from Newtown I got the number for Commercial Landscaping from a friend the next day my driveway was salted and by the time I got home it was a night and day difference. My oil got delivered with no problem. The market has some real issues this day and age what with the price of gas fluctuating. Reasonable price and even better punctuality. Won't hesitate to use this company again in the future.
CLM landscaping was as always professional, courteous and helped me with this last ice storm. I'm am happy with the experience.
