Sprinkler adjustments and lawn treatments are the work customers describe at CMS Landscaping. Based in Holyoke, the company says it has served Western Massachusetts and North Central Connecticut for more than five decades, working for homeowners and businesses. It advertises free estimates. A June 2026 customer describes a follow-up visit from irrigation manager Drew, who adjusted a sprinkler head, explained how to change the distance on Hunter heads and checked the rest of the system. That customer also praised Karen in the office. In a July 2025 review, another homeowner described calling at 11 a.m. about a split line and a head needing replacement; the crew was at the house doing the repair by 3 p.m. the same day. The customer said they tested the system, adjusted other heads for better coverage and charged an affordable price. Lawn customers describe both the treatment and the explanation that came with it. A March 2026 reviewer who had used CMS for several years said technician Sam explained a fertilization and weed-control application and invited questions. In April 2025, another customer described choosing CMS after remembering its work for their father decades earlier. They credited a five-step program, lime treatments and aeration, alongside their own yard maintenance, with improving their lawn. A prospective customer writing in January 2026 said CMS came out promptly to provide a quote, recommended ways to address lawn and tree issues and responded to calls and questions. Google lists a 4.9-star average from 97 ratings.

We've been using CMS for a few years now, and have had excellent service in both job performance, and customer relations. Our latest service was fertilization and weed control. Sam, the technician was very personable, and took the time to tell us about the application he was putting down, and asked us if we had any questions. Great job, Sam!
Thinking of changing lawn care provider. Contacted CMS for a quote. They came right out, gave me a price, gave me several recommendations on various lawn and tree issues and were very responsive to any calls or questions I had. They are at the top of my list for a new service provider.
I had a small split in my line and a head that needed replacing, I called them at 11:00 AM and they were at my home doing the repair by 3:00 PM same day. They tested the rest of the system and adjusted a couple of the sprinkler heads for better coverage. I've already booked my winterization appointment, they were fast, professional, and affordable. I'm recommending their services to anyone who needs sprinkler work done.
I’ve had experience with CMS for over 30 years, beginning when my father was a customer. I witnessed firsthand how well they took care of our yard back then. After my family moved out of state and I purchased my own home, the lawn was in rough shape. I decided to carry on the tradition and chose CMS for my lawn care needs—and I’m very glad I did. Thanks to their 5-step program, lime treatments, and aeration services, we now have the greenest, lushest lawn in the neighborhood. Their care and consistency truly stand out. I really appreciate all they do in combination with my own efforts to maintain the yard. CMS has continued to deliver quality service, just as they did decades ago.
