A $7,000 fence led to a complaint from a customer who said they had used Rodriguez landscaping for five years. In a June 2026 Google review, the customer said the crew installed the fence but damaged it on the final day. The Holyoke business also removed arborvitae for that customer. The customer described texting the owner for over a month and receiving promises to return that went unfulfilled. They also complained that requested sticker removal had not been done and that roots and weeds remained after the arborvitae removal. They said the business was more responsive when they wanted to hire it. The review carries five stars, but its written account describes disappointment and says the business lost a customer. An update adds that, after the review and a wait of over a month, the crew came back and made things better.
