Coia & Son Plumbing is a plumbing business that says on its website it has 25 years in business, and that the owner answers the phone whenever possible or returns calls promptly. Ken is the plumber at the center of it. A customer said Ken came out to their apartment and repaired two of their toilets, and that both now run perfectly. A customer who had long-overdue work done in their bathroom said other quotes seemed to be overcharging, and that Ken saved them money while getting the job done right. A customer who hired Ken for two jobs, one detailed and one more routine with some problem-solving, wrote that he operates as a mostly one-man company, so you work directly with the owner. That customer called his billing details reasonable with no guesswork, and said they let him into the home with no one else present and found him respectful of its cleanliness. A customer who was referred to Ken said they threw in two extra issues and he took care of them that day. A customer called Ken professional, reasonably priced, personable and on time.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had some long-overdue work done in my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. After getting quotes from others who seemed to be overcharging, Ken was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and actually saved me money while getting the job done right. It’s hard to find someone you can trust who isn’t trying to sell you on things you don’t need. I would absolutely recommend Ken Coia & Son Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Great experience from start to finish!
Ken is an absolute professional. Right from the start, his response time was fast, and making an appointment with him was quick and hassle-free. Because he operates as a (mostly) one-man company, his communication is excellent, and you have the advantage of working directly with the owner without dealing with any corporate runaround. When making home repair arrangements I can personally become a little uncomfortable with the big name companies at times, because there’s ’so many hands in the money pot’ that I question if we are being treated right. Ken’s billing details leave no guesswork and are reasonable. His years of experience and meticulous attention to detail gave me complete confidence that he would properly complete each job…one job was pretty detailed and the other was more routine in nature with some problem-solving along the way. It’s also important to mention that I allowed him in my home without anyone else present, and was not concerned at all, as I found him to be trustworthy, and respectful of the level of cleanliness in my home. Ken brings a highly reliable, full-service approach to his work, and he is very fairly priced. That said, I can officially say ‘Hey, I gotta guy-lemme share his contact info with you.’ Thank you Ken Coia & Son Plumbing!
Five stars for Coia & Son Plumbing! Ken came out to my apartment and repaired two of my toilets. The quality of his work is top-notch—both toilets run perfectly now and are in the best shape they’ve been since I moved in. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff. I will absolutely call him again for any future plumbing needs!
Ken Coia was recommended to me and I am going to enthusiastically and emphatically recommend him to you. From the estimate to the work to the final results he was meticulous. He is a true Master Plumber with an incredible work ethic. He takes a lunch break but the rest of the time he is working. I even threw in two extra issues and he just took it in stride and took care of them that day. You will never want to look for another plumber. A great guy who happens to be a great plumber. An added bonus was he liked my dogs.
Great work! Professional, reasonably priced, personable and on time. Highly recommend Ken! Thanks
