Colonial Garage Door Company installs and repairs garage doors and openers, and its website says it has been in business 75 years. The site lists a service area that includes Epsom, Concord, Rochester, Portsmouth and Keene, and it also lists commercial sectional doors, rolling and high-speed doors, gate operators and warehouse and dock equipment. A 2025 customer said a torsion spring broke on one of their garage doors; Wes came right out and took measurements, and that customer chose to replace both doors because they were the same age, 20 years old. The same 2025 customer called the price reasonable. A 2024 customer signing from Northwood, NH wrote that Wes the owner ordered the doors they wanted, that Keith and Jerry did the installation, and that the color match to the siding was perfect. A 2017 customer said Wes installed two new Garaga doors and openers and was in and out in about 4 hours. A 2026 customer said the company failed twice to install their garage doors, describing a 3 inch gap around both sides and the top, hardware installed crooked, and a track system put in over their canister lights. A 2017 customer said what should have been a two-hour job took close to two weeks, and that calls and two emails went unanswered.
