Jay and Compass Garage Doors were excellent partners for this repair. They promptly got out to inspect and provide an estimate, which was competitive, and then when we moved forward they scheduled us quickly and the results were fantastic! They even helped us fix an issue from a previous technician's work. It is tough to find good, local, garage door companies these days, thankful we found Compass!

Jay was great. Came out the next day explained in detail the issues and resolution with price of repair. Did the work on the spot and everything is awesome. Just a great guy to deal with as well as the woman in the office. Their communication is second to none. I would highly recommend compass to anyone. Just had two garage doors along with the opening mechanism replaced with Compass Garage Door, and I'm very happy with the result! The doors came out great and look so nice (now I need to update my siding and trim to match!). I was very satisfied with the process and communication with the company. The price was very fair and aligned with other quotes I received. I went with them because they were always quick in communications, competitive price, and detailed quote that made it clear what was included such as hauling away the old doors. Jay did a great job on the install, and my garage looked cleaner after he left than it did before he started. He programmed the keypad, remotes, and showed me how to set up the app and camera, which I didn't even know were standard in the door openers now. Highly recommend!
