Last year my home was hit by a vehicle causing a significant amount of structural damage in the foundation. David was extremely helpful and insightful thoughout the whole process of getting the house demolished and prepped to rebuild. When the project date came around, he remained in contact and worked quickly and efficiently. I couldn't reccomend anyone more highly. If you are in need of a demolition, look no further than Complete Demolition Service. Thank you for everything David!
I can easily and highly recommend Dave Shea and Complete Demolition Services for your next project. Dave responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, scheduled the inspection and set clear expectations for next steps. The work happened quickly and efficiently and Dave even helped me find another specialist to carry out next steps for our project. Great communication, clear steps and a pleasure to work with, all the way through!
Professional and well priced.. but most importantly - very quick turnaround !
David and Complete Demolition Service did excellent work. He and his crew were communicative and showed care and concern for the neighbors in safely handling the demolition next door. Dust from the demolition was very well managed. Dave helped make a sad and concerning situation more reassuring. Thank you, Dave!
David did a great job. From the start, he was prompt and responsive, and did exactly what he said he would. He is a licensed inspector for toxic / asbestos type stuff, and he got that done pronto. I’m not sure that your basic excavation firm could have made that happen. He spelled out exactly what I had to do on my end, and when. He encouraged me to harvest the copper in the walls before demo, and I netted an extra thousand bucks there, which was a nice surprise. When D-day rolled around, his team made quick work of it, and left me a clean job site in just 2 days. No complaints. Highly recommend.
