Five-star service all around! We had two brothers, Evan and Devan? working at our house today, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and had such great attitudes. But what really stood out to us was how incredibly kind they were to our four-year-old son. He was absolutely fascinated by what they were doing and quite literally would not leave these guys alone all day! 😂 Instead of ever seeming bothered, they laughed with him, talked to him, entertained his endless curiosity, and made him feel like he was part of the crew. He spent almost the entire day outside with them and had the best time. It’s one thing to receive great professional service, but it’s another to have people working at your home who are genuinely kind, patient, and just good people. Thank you for the excellent work — and for making a four-year-old little boy’s day in the process. Definitely five stars from our family! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

STAY AWAY ! overpriced, greedy, communication problems, doesn’t show up, leaves messes, and pushes products you don’t need. I’ve hired him twice. Aug 2025 he sold me a box that he insisted he had to have access too / needed my password WIFI (‘WRONG) left our system not working correctly the front watered stayed on the whole year when watering the back. 2nd time I had to fire him going into the 4th week. I called in May, after no shows , no calls he finally shows up June 2-20, each time he comes out doesn’t complete the job, but my bill keeps increasing, 2 days in a row didn’t show up, each week I had to clean up behind and save my grass that was just thrown, going on the 4th week I was told I wasn’t a priority because I’m a full time resident and didn’t sign up for his maintenance program. 2025 bill was just under $1300, this unfinished job is around $1000. Less than a year we have given him around $2300. I called the hunter box company (‘the box I paid for). They said he should never ask for your WiFi and control over your box. I paid for that box and I had to call Hunter removing him. CRAZY!! FYI giving access to your box they can manipulate your system. It’s shady. I also told him not to step foot on my property again. Of course he didn’t listen again. Oh best part is he called other contractors to gossip about us, which failed. We love our new irrigation company , and come to find out all of our neighbors all use our new irrigation company too so we know we are in smart, reasonable price , honest hands now.

We have a very complex irrigation system with 30 zones and had some problems getting some zones to run with challenging diagnostics. The Complete team were great. They stayed on the issues and eventually got it all working which was no easy task in a large yard of a 150 year old house. Went the extra mile.

Complete Irrigation installed our sprinkler system in May 2021. I highly recommend them. We have had no issues and they notify you when it is time to start up the system for the summer and shut down for the winter. We have have Dan as a technician and he is very thorough and answers any questions we may have. Also, very pleasant. I am hoping we can request Dan anytime we need service.
