A 2025 Google customer said Dave at Concrete Prescriptions had done several jobs for them over the years, showed up on time and guaranteed his work. On Angi, the company describes itself as servicing the area since 2001, with injection services, protective coatings and drainage work. In a 2016 review, a customer said Dave installed a perimeter drain in a very difficult yard, a job that took an extra half day of labor and an excavator rental. A 2010 customer with a leaky foundation said the owner came out within two days, and that they then hired the company to install a sump pump and perimeter drain. A 2019 customer said they turned to David after a disappointing experience with a larger basement waterproofing company, and described him as up front about what was and was not needed. A 2011 customer said Dave recommended work that was a lot less intrusive than expected, at a cost that matched the original estimate. A 2020 customer said he never showed up for a job and never answered their calls after a month of waiting. A 2021 customer said the job was done within two weeks at a fair rate, but they left three messages before he called back. A BBB reviewer has written that its warranties are not real.
