Its website lists a service area that includes Hartford, New Haven, Bridgeport, Waterbury, Danbury and Stamford. On Google, it holds a 4.9-star average from 65 ratings. A recent customer had five custom closets done and said the install date was quicker than initially promised, with Rob and Ryan performing a clean install. That customer also said Rob did not try to upsell. A customer who had three closets installed credited Lisa with designing each layout and Robbie and Ryan with the installation. A customer who had a pantry and a master bedroom closet done said the installers did not make or leave a mess. A recent customer said four guys plus the owner put down Swisstrax garage tiles in a 3.5 bay garage, a $9k job for materials and labor. A 2023 customer said the company remodeled the pantry, linen, entryway and primary bedroom closets in an East Windsor home, and that the installation team removed the old wire shelves and patched the holes.
