K&A Remodeling LLC

A February 2025 Google review lists the whole job behind one master bathroom: demolition, water damage repair, drywall and waterproofing, marble flooring and a marble shower, new plumbing fixtures, wiring for fans and lighting, finish carpentry and painting. That is the kind of room-by-room rebuild K&A Remodeling is hired for. Its own website says it is based in Burlington CT and specializes primarily in bathroom and kitchen remodeling; Chris Ocheduszko writes there that he is an owner and has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and the site claims 14 years in business and says the company is insured. Reviewers spell his name Kris, Chris and Krzysztof. The bathroom accounts run from small to large. A November 2025 reviewer had a half bath turned into a full one by taking room from a closet; another that month had three old bathrooms remodeled back-to-back. A December 2025 review from an interior design firm describes an extensive bath remodel built to the firm's design. Kitchens and tile come up as well. A December 2025 reviewer describes retiling just the area above the stove without redoing the whole backsplash, installing a new hood vented outside, and cutting the stone counter in the house to fit a larger induction cooktop. Backsplash installs appear in reviews from November 2025, December 2025 and September 2026, and the September 2026 reviewer says Tile America recommended the company. A May 2026 reviewer had a section of living room hardwood near the patio doors replaced, and a June 2026 reviewer had a living room remodeled after a pipe burst. The work is not only indoors. In a December 2023 review, a customer describes K&A repairing a deteriorated main support beam under a Trex deck another company had built, bringing it up to code, and later handling furnace maintenance and boiler and water heater issues. Another December 2023 reviewer says they first hired the company for a small bathroom maybe ten years earlier and have since had a master bath, a kitchen and numerous other projects done. Cleanliness is the detail reviewers return to, with accounts from 2025 and 2026 describing the house left clean at the end of each day. On price, a November 2025 reviewer says K&A came in right in the middle of five estimates and added no fees when they changed their mind on features. Connecticut lists its home improvement registration HIC.0634850, held by K & A Remodeling LLC, as active. On Google it holds 5 stars from 87 ratings.
