A 2020 customer said John came out the day after they called about mice, but did not show up for 4 of their 9 scheduled appointments and did not call to cancel them. A 2019 customer said John put out mouse traps and glue pads, charged them and said he would come back in two weeks, then missed that appointment and a follow-up one without a phone call.
John came out the day after we called to take care of our mice issue. We were extremely happy for that quick response as it was 2 days before Christmas. During our 9 scheduled appointments John did not show up for 4 of them nor did we get a call that he was cancelling them. Of course we scheduled ourselves to be home which caused us to call him and find out where he was. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication and commitment to us, his customer. A phone call to us would of been the professional way to inform your customer. Keeping appointments is key to keeping a good business going.
John came out and treated our problem the same day I called. He first arrived to give us a free evaluation. He walked our property and then spoke with us and gave us a couple of options, starting with the least expensive. We chose to address our immediate problem and also continue with a year of continued follow up treatments. Now we wait to see that all is as promised.

John the owner came out, put out some mouse traps and glue pads, charged me 130 and said he would come back in two weeks. He blew off the appointment with no phone call. After I texted him he said he had a family emergency and made a follow up appointment, well he blew that off as well with no phone call. He is a lousy person who does not respect his customers time but takes their money. He will not be back in this house...
