Continuum International Logistics, Inc says on its website that it was founded in 2002 and owns an in-house moving company alongside its relocation management work. Its BBB description says it provides domestic and international relocation programs and moving services to large and small companies. A recent customer named Carol and Bob and called the company organized, efficient, cost-effective and always on time. A 2024 customer said Marcus and crew arrived on time, did a walk-through, had everything packed by 2pm and asked when something was unclear. A 2026 customer who moved from New York to London said several pieces of antique furniture were damaged and glasses and decor arrived shattered; the company was quick to compensate for the shattered items and hired a furniture restorer for one antique piece. That 2026 customer also said a bent internal rod left their Peloton no longer functional, and that Continuum and a third-party provider denied liability because of the time that had passed. A 2024 customer said a number of items went missing in the move, some furniture was broken, and communication about delivery timing and fees was very poor. A 2025 driver on the NJTP described a Continuum truck about 24 inches off their bumper and weaving in and out of traffic toward the GWB.
Great company, great people. Can't say enough nice things about Carol, Bob, and the whole crew. Highly recommend this company. Super organized, efficient, cost-effective, and always on time.
I recently moved from New York to London, and I had a mixed experience with Continuum. Several pieces of antique furniture were damaged, and various glasses and home decor items arrived shattered. Continuum was quick to compensate for the shattered items, and they hired a furniture restorer to touch up one of the antique pieces. Unfortunately, their policy states they will only repair or replace items reported as damaged while the movers are still on the premises. We didn’t discover the damage on another piece of furniture until quite some time later. The bigger issue we encountered was the move of our Peloton. The Peloton move was coordinated through a third party service with Continuum. Upon delivery to London, the Peloton looked undamaged optically. We had paused our Peloton membership during the move, and had to coordinate getting a new UK power cable from Peloton customer service. Because of these reasons, and because the Peloton visually looked fine, we had no reason to and were in fact unable to test the Peloton. When we received the converter power cable and went to reactivate the Peloton membership several months later, we discovered that during the move, an internal rod had been bent so severely that the Peloton is no longer functional. We tried to contact Peloton to repair this on our own, without involving Continuum, but Peloton customer service let us know that this type of damage would require an entire frame replacement, which costs nearly as much as a bike. We then reached out to Continuum to see if they could assist. Unfortunately, Continuum and the third party provider both denied liability and let us know they were unable to assist because of the time that had passed and because the Peloton arrived in “good condition.” This was frustrating to hear, because the Peloton clearly did not arrive in good condition. We certainly understand the reasons behind this policy, but this damage was not obvious, and took us quite some time to discover. Nevertheless, the damage is severe, and will now cost us nearly a thousand dollars to repair.
Unprofessional there drivers shouldn’t be even on road the way they drive, specially vehicle #144, the driver has no regards of other vehicles on road
Dangerous truck drivers. I was on the NJTP approaching the EZ pass toll and looked in my mirror to see continuum truck about 24 inches off my bumper. I had my family in the car so got out of this sick and twisted drivers way ASAP. The continuum truck continued to weave in and out of traffic past the NJ sports arena towards the GWB. I watched the driver go in and out of lanes so violently, it appeared that the truck would overturn. That should demonstrate how they care for the contents. I called the PAPD Police at the GWB in hopes that they would be stopped at the toll and hopefully arrested, but I'm not sure that happened. In 40 years of driving, I have never seen a commercial driver driver act this recklessly especially with their name on the side of the vehicle. Do NOT Use this company if you want your contents to get there in one piece. BTW, they don't answer their phones, but they can read this everywhere I post it.
Marcus and crew were the most professional movers we’ve ever had. They arrived on time, performed a walk through, then went to work. They packed everything up by 2pm. And the way they packed made our belongings secure. They asked when something was unclear and communicated whenever they needed our input. Reliable and professional. Highly recommend them!
