Had Josh out to replace our septic system. Full system and fields. He was upfront, honest, and reliable. Took great care of the property during and after his work. Handled everything smoothly and efficiently getting everything approved and installed. Highly recommend.

To make a long story short, call Coolbeth Construction today, you won’t regret it. No pun intended but Josh Coolbeth is a very cool guy! He is an extremely hardworking and genuine family man who does exceptionally great work in a mind blowing time frame. My wife and I purchased a home with a failing septic system and we had a stressful search for a reputable septic company to replace the system. I called every company that serviced the area as well as those outside who maybe willing to travel for the job. I was met with extremely expensive quotes, little to no availability, companies no longer providing install services, as well as my favorite response, “If other companies are quoting the job then I don’t want to quote the job.” I understand everyone has their own schedule, priorities and responsibilities but from the first conversation with Josh, I knew he was different from all of the other companies. He responded, “Great! When can I come and look at the job, I will have an estimated plan ready by the end of the visit and I can submit it to the town as soon as you are ready to proceed with the permitting process.” Music to my ears, Josh was able to give us a reasonable quote and an availability that worked perfectly with our closing date. From day 1 Josh was honest, transparent and trustworthy. We had one small but favorable hiccup, on our initial inspection we had to slightly adjust the initial plan. After a long discussion of problem solving between Josh and the amazing Town Sanitarian, they came to the conclusion that we had to use another product to completely satisfy all regulations. Every inspection passed with flying colors and the Town Sanitarian was impressed every step of the way. Upon completion Josh put down some magic grass and tons of hay (from his family’s farm!) that seemed to grow overnight. We are truly blessed to have found Josh, he was an absolute God send! I wish him and his family all the best and congratulate him on the immaculate work that he does.
