I have had the pleasure of hiring Gill Excavation for two jobs over the past month, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. The first job was replacing a broken drain pipe underground. He came out to my house the very same day I called to give me an estimate, and the entire job was completed just four days later. Not only did he repair the drain pipe and clean everything up, but he even put down grass seed over the area that had been dug up. That extra attention to detail really impressed me. After seeing the quality of his work, I asked him about replacing the pea stone in my circular driveway, which is roughly 7,000 square feet. The following week, that job was completed as well. He went out of his way to get the stone, weeded and prepared the driveway, dug out the moss, and spread the new stone beautifully. The difference is incredible. I am extremely impressed not only with his craftsmanship, but also with how prompt, reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented he is. It is not always easy to find someone who shows up when they say they will, gets the job done quickly, and still takes the time to make sure every detail is done right. I would highly recommend Gill Excavation to anyone looking for excavation, drainage, driveway, or similar work. After two excellent experiences in such a short period of time, he will absolutely be the first person I call when I need work done again!
