Cornerstone Electrical Solutions is a small, Medford-based electrical contractor run by Davidson Lafontant, about two years in business per its Thumbtack profile. Its Massachusetts electrician license (#9275) is active, verified against the state registry, and Thumbtack independently shows a verified Master Electrician license along with a passed background check. The written record is short but positive. A 2026 Google review describes Davidson and his crew handling a home's basement wiring from rough-in to finish, an electrical panel upgrade, new kitchen lighting, and outdoor lighting replacement, calling the process transparent and communicative throughout. Two 2024 Thumbtack reviews and another Google review echo the same themes — punctual, professional, and someone customers say they'd hire again. BuildZoom's own profile for the business states it couldn't find an active license on file, which conflicts with what the state registry and Thumbtack both show — worth a quick confirmation when calling, even though the more authoritative registry check here comes back active. The company's own website also returned little more than navigation text, so there isn't much beyond the review platforms to go on. For a home electrical job — wiring, panel upgrades, lighting — in the Medford area, this looks like a small, licensed operation with a short but consistently positive track record. Ask for a couple of recent references, given how new the written history still is.
Davidson did exceptional work on our home. He and his guys handled our basement wiring from rough to finish, completed an electrical upgrade, updated our kitchen lights, and replaced our outdoor lighting. Throughout every project, they were transparent, communicative, and showed up exactly when promised. Reliable work, honest service, and fair prices which are rare to find. Will definitely use them again.
Cornerstone Electrical Solutions makes sure that they give you their best. Very punctual and professional.
