Very professional, excellent cleaning. Every room in my home smells beautiful and looks amazing like the day that We move in everyone on everyone on the crew that she works with was amazing, very nice. Everything is just perfect. I'm so grateful. I am a mom of six and this was truly a blessing before the holidays. I cannot Thank all of them enough. You guys truly Are a blessing.

Responding to Lynne’s comment: we met (this is my spouse’s account) and you told me you were coming from a doctor’s appointment in Agawam, which is what made you late along with traffic in Northampton at 11 AM. You quoted me over $3,600, but needed me to get you exact measurements, which I don’t need to do since I realized how I should have been treated. You argued with me over how long my dishes had been sitting out for, then picked up an Item out of my sink to discuss why you believed it had been sitting there for longer than a week, despite me telling you that my spouse cleans them every weekend (you stated it had solidified and it was frozen fudge, which is what things do when they are put in a freezer). You discussed your Girl Scout events and organizational shelving you have for those events. You said you could sell some items for me and you keep some in your boyfriend’s mother’s home during some part of the year, so it isn’t a big deal since you have the extra space. You told me that you were a cancer survivor. I met with you lol. Trust me… longest, most stressful morning of my life. My real review stands. I was warned by someone ahead of time and should have listened. She called up 15 minutes before the scheduled time to say she’d be 15 minutes late and showed up an hour late and was very shaming about how messy my house was at the time. I’ve been dealing with significant medical health issues that caused me to become handicapped and stop working. I am not able to physically function well among 12 deaths over the last 3 years. She complained that her body is often in pain and can’t work when she’s in pain, but dismissive of other people’s pain and circumstances. Disappointed. I went with a different company and they were empathic, comforting, and patient. They got half the job done within one hour and half the charge.
