When one part of the counter did not meet because of a difference in thickness, that 2017 customer said a rep came over within minutes and took measurements, and that the company charged nothing more than the estimate. A 2016 customer had the company install granite in a new construction project, a full kitchen with island plus three bathroom vanity tops, and said the installers were on time and left the job site clean. A 2015 customer wrote that Bill, the owner, came out himself to evaluate the work and get the correct measurements. A 2013 customer said Bill came to the house with several dozen samples and, after a glitch with the dishwasher installation, came out personally to fix it. A 2016 customer who was happy with the final product said the owner left the house with them unsatisfied with the outcome of their business agreement, and faulted the professionalism and communication.
