We cannot recommend Bobby (Tess Property Resources) and Nelson (Mr. Fix It All RI) enough! Our deck was falling apart and we could not have chosen a better duo to tackle this difficult project. Despite the challenges encountered based on the initial construction of our deck in the ‘70’s, Nelson and Bobby never shied away from the problem, coming up with solutions that were not only thorough, but cost-effective. Throughout the entire process, they carefully explained every step of the demolition and construction and gave us options to customize the deck and sunroom of our dreams. Nelson and Bobby were always prompt, tidy, and worked extremely hard. Upon completion of our deck and sunroom, they continued work inside our house by removing an interior wall and installing a kitchen island. Again, they tackled the issues of an older house with consummate professionalism whether it was tricky electrical work, customizing cabinets, or faulty existing plumbing. They knew exactly what to do at every turn and carefully explained each process to us. It was very reassuring to us how they handled these problems, remaining calm and never panicking. In today’s day and age, it’s difficult to find hard workers. To call Bobby and Nelson hard workers is an understatement. Their dedication to quality is second to none. If you are looking for someone to do the job right the first time, Tess Property Resources and Mr. Fix It All RI are the ones to call. They never cut corners and we know the work they did will last a lifetime and, if for some reason it didn’t, we know they stand by their work and would remedy the problem at the drop of a hat. We have a beautiful deck, sunroom, and kitchen because of these gentlemen and will be sure to use them again for any future home improvement job!

Bobby and his team there does amazing work. Extremely professional developing an estimate ahead of time that gave me perfect insight to the project ahead. Pricing was on point and the results were phenomenal! Definitely recommend giving him a call for your home improvement needs!
