In a September 2025 review, a homeowner whose counter run was longer than a single slab said the crew lined up the marble pattern so the seams were barely noticeable. Templating is where they seem to earn it — a November 2024 customer with 60-year-old cabinets and existing backsplash tile they wanted preserved described the install going smoothly anyway. Price and access come up almost as often. A June 2026 walk-in with a small square-foot job wrote that after four other places had nothing for them, they were treated as if they were the biggest client in the building. Customers writing through 2025 describe being walked around the inventory, sent on to distributors to see other slabs, and quoted competitively against those suppliers. Two things to raise before you book. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, held under Country Granite Inc, is expired — worth asking about directly if your countertops are part of a wider remodel. And in a May 2024 review, a customer trying to book a single drilled hole for a water-filter spigot said they were quoted $250, then called three times without a callback. Nothing of that shape appears in the current run — the last six months brought 16 reviews and none negative — but a small job is where this shop dropped one. For a kitchen or bath countertop in a slab you want to pick out by hand, this is an easy call: five years of specific, current praise and a showroom people enjoy walking. Ask about the registration if the work ties into broader remodeling, get template and install dates in writing, and settle who handles sink and plumbing hookups — an August 2025 customer needed a separate plumber and contractor for cabinet leveling and the sink, with the shop pointing them to both.
