The family helped prepare the site and return the plantings to keep costs reasonable; by the following spring, they reported that the plants had survived and the entrance looked better with the growth restored.
A May 2020 customer described replacing an old timber retaining wall, adding drainage and installing a nearby flagstone walkway. They praised Justin and the crew's craftsmanship, daily cleanup and care for plants that needed moving. Going further back, an October 2015 reviewer described a backyard transformed into an outdoor living space with a built-in fire pit, saying the work stayed within the estimated schedule and the workers were courteous.

CountryScape Review. We had CountryScape build us a new accessible entry way to our home here is South Deerfield. It was done exceptional well. The staff were professional and well-trained and made suggestions to help make the outcome even more pleasing. It was done late last fall -- fall of 2024 and the plantings were not all back in and growing, but now they are and the appearance and outcome is even better now that we can experience the first full spring season with this new entryway addition. This was a major project for us to help with our daughter-in-law's access and she could not be more pleased with the outcome. They were also able to work with us to help keep the cost reasonable as we prepared the site and also returned the plantings to their original condition...and all survived well, too. We had CountryScape transform our backyard into an outdoor living space - complete with a built in fire pit. They did an amazing job!! They were professional and stayed on schedule with the estimated time frame for the work. We have received so many compliments on what they did. We would definitely contract them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaper. An aside - all of the workers that came to our home were so kind and courteous. It really was a pleasure to have them do our landscaping.
