CR General Painting LLC paints house exteriors, interiors and decks, and its Google page shows 4.8 stars from 12 ratings. The company's website names Meriden as its service area. A recent customer hired the company for a deck and exterior painting project and said the crew showed up on time, kept the area tidy and communicated each step. A recent customer said the team did a deck, the exterior and some power washing, and offered guidance on paint selection. A recent customer said both the inside and outside of the house were painted and that the team was punctual. A recent customer said the paint job on the outside of the house turned out well. A recent two-star reviewer waited almost an hour on the day of a booked estimate. That reviewer wrote that he then claimed the address did not exist and said he was in a different state, though the address had been sent on Friday.
They did a great job at my house; everything was beautifully finished and clean, and I was very satisfied with the result.
Horrible communication…waited almost an hour the day of our booked estimate. Called, didn’t answer. Immediately he texts back and I asked if he was still coming out…he claims the address didn’t exist. I sent the address on Friday, today is Monday. If the address didn’t work…where was the communication? He proceeded to say he was in a different state, but google claimed the business served my area. Again, if I sent the address on Friday and you saw that the address was on a different state…why not communicate that then instead of having me wait around the day of the estimate?? Very unprofessional and horrible communication.
I'm very happy with the work done on the outside of my house; the paint job turned out excellent.
He did a great job, very professional, I'm very happy. Thank you very much.
I hired this company to do an exterior paint job for me and it turned out simply great, very competent people! Thank you!
