Pesantez Roofing LLC

Miguel Soto with Persantez Roofing LLC came recommended by another local home contractor. He came out within a few days and thoroughly inspected both the roof and attic, confirming that a leak around my chimney was caused by the flashing. From that first call through project completion, Miguel was consistently courteous, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The work was scheduled promptly, completed with little disruption, and the craftsmanship was excellent. No more leaks, the flashing looks great, and it was all done at a competitive price. What impressed me most was when I realized the replacement shingles we’d selected were much lighter than my existing shingles. When I mentioned it to Miguel, he immediately agreed a darker shade would look better and had them changed the next day. When I thanked him, he said, “It would have bothered me too if it were my house.” Thank you, Miguel and Persantez Roofing LLC, for caring about the finished result and making this a very positive experience.

I recently had some storm damage to my roof causing several leaks that required immediate attention. Javier from Pesantez came out to my home within hours to assess the damage and started addressing the problem areas immediately. He assisted me with my insurance company assuring all related issues were included in my claim. A total roof repair was done swiftly to prevent further damage. The men who completed the work were very competent and respectful to me and my property. The care they took to my home and yard was exceptional. I'm truly grateful for the professionalism and care. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of roofing or related household repairs/renovation. Thank you everyone at Pasantez Roofing.
