Craig S Finnerty Construction

Craig S Finnerty Construction is based at 36 Newton Ave in Norwell. BuildZoom's directory lists a Massachusetts construction-supervisor license, CS-077594, as verified active per its own check. BuildZoom shows six sampled permits from 2013 to 2022, including a kitchen and half-bath plumbing permit at 50 Commercial St in Marblehead. The rest of the license bundle on file is inconsistent: four separate BuildZoom entries — two for a Newton building/residential-builder registration (#216466) and two for a plumbing license (#13139, listed once as Plumber and once as Master Plumber) — are each printed as Status Active while also citing expiration dates already in the past (December 2022, and for the plumbing license November 2016 and May 2026). None of these are independently verified here, so confirm current, valid license numbers directly before signing anything. Given how thin and inconsistent the public license and permit information is, ask for proof of current licensing and recent references before hiring.
