I enjoyed their garage door repair service. The technician was punctual and thoroughly inspected the door. He promptly identified the broken spring. Repairs were done quickly and well. Now my garage door opens and closes effortlessly. The technician clarified the repair process. He cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend this company.

I wish I could give zero stars. Buyers beware!! Company service man came out and said he could just replace the opener with a NEW one in his car for $599, all other parts unchanged. He installed a USED opener (connected to another persons email address which proved it was USED) and installed a used button and tried to give me fake remotes. Told him to leave my property. Waste of over 5 hours of my time! (Younger guy, drove a rental Honda truck, works out at a gym in MA)
