Travis at True Garage Door is a really good guy. He answers the phone, shows up when he says he will, knows his stuff, and does great work. His pricing is very reasonable too. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for garage door work.

I would highly recommend True Garage Door. Travis was professional, efficient and very polite. And his price way under what was expected. I was ripped off by previous “Big Company” and he felt guilty. I gave him more than he quoted me.
Original review: Travis responded immediately to my call, stopped by the next day and completed the repair. In addition to replacing the operator bracket he fixed the tension on the springs, lubricated all of the moving parts (and showed me what to do and how often) and he adjusted the opener. All at a very reasonable price. (I texted a picture of the problem and he was ready when he got here.) Travis does all of the work so you know you're getting a pro every time. The repair was pretty quick but he took his time and was very deliberate in everything he did. Highly recommended. Updated review (8/29/26): An original torsion spring on my garage door broke, I texted a picture to Travis to ask if he could do the repair and he quickly responded that he could. He replaced both springs per my request at a very reasonable price. Same as before, he was very deliberate in his work. Very nice guy, he explained what he was doing and answered my questions very thoroughly. Still highly recommended!
