Criscuolo Design & Build

Antony was honest, realistic, and set costs and expectations clearly from the start. We truly appreciated his transparency.

I highly recommend Antony Criscuolo's Design & Build Company for all your construction/remodeling/renovation jobs - for so many reasons - let's break it down: 1. DESIGN - Whether you come to Antony with a firm plan or just a general idea of what your want, he will respond the way you need. He is thorough and has a keen eye for details that even seasoned professionals overlook. Antony is also a very creative stylist. He is quick with ideas and is passionate about making your dream a reality. In short, there's a reason his company is called "Design" and "Build" - he excels at both. 2. COMMUNICATION - Each day, in projects big and small, he reaches out to summarize the work completed and to plan the next day's schedule. His communication is a two way street - he listens and is really responsive in addition to being proactive. Whether talking in person or over text/email, Antony is on top of it! 3. CHARACTER - Antony is honest and ethical. We have worked with Antony on several projects over two decades and once had an unexpected hiccup (not his fault). I believe some contractors would have covered up the issue, but Antony is a person with integrity and respect. He is very trustworthy. 4. PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL TEAM - Antony assembles the most polite and talented team imaginable. They always came when scheduled and were incredibly hardworking. 5. TROUBLESHOOTING - Antony is a problem solver. I think of him as a solutions engineer! 6. QUALITY - Not only does Antony display impeccable character and outstanding workmanship, the materials he uses are top notch. 7. COST - With the level of attention, skill, and time that Antony puts into his projects, you might expect his prices to be over the top. However, in actuality, his prices are both fair and competitive. We have never felt as though we overpaid. If anything, you're getting a designer, a builder, an engineer, and a GC all in one person!
