My husband and I purchased a custom home that I absolutely fell in love with, but it was not finished. We knew it was going to be an enormous undertaking, but we also knew exactly who we needed to get the job done. Josh and JJM Builders, of course! On day one, Josh inspected everything that was already done, determined what needed to be completed and provided a detailed estimate for the work. Josh is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. I changed some things from the original designs and Josh and his team were always pleasantly accommodating. They made everything work to make sure I was happy with the results. The entire team is professional, respectful and really know their crafts. Attention to detail goes without saying. Josh and his team created a beautiful main floor master suite for our family, including a bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet. Because of such a large project, our main requirement was great communication. Josh nailed that. Whether we were ahead of schedule or waiting on material, Josh kept us up to date in real time, never leaving us waiting when we had a question or concern. His good communication carries through to his (teams) workmanship as well. The final product turned out to be something we’ll thoroughly enjoy for years to come. Thanks guys, we love the new space!

I had the opportunity to work with Josh through my HOA on a kitchen renovation project. Although it was a stressful process but Josh always kept me up-to date on the progress and provided support throughout the completion of the project. We asked JJM Builders to replace an interior 28”door with a 30” door. Josh showed up on time and looked over the job. He said they could do it and quoted us a very reasonable price. On the day of the job, Josh arrived with Chris and Jose. Chris and Jose were very friendly and professional. They did a great job of protecting the area around the job site and when they were through, we had a perfectly installed 30” door. I would not hesitate to call JJM Builders for another job.

Josh and his team exceeded every expectation we had throughout our renovation. After our home sustained ice damming with significant water damage, they completely renovated two bathrooms and transformed our former master closets into a stunning new primary bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. From day one, communication was exceptional. Josh took the time to walk us through every material we needed before construction began, making the entire process organized and stress-free. He was always easy to reach, consistently answered his phone, and responded quickly to text messages whenever we had questions. He worked VERY well with our homeowners insurance to ensure the damage and repairs were understood by our insurance for restitution. We especially appreciated his honesty and integrity—he never looked for opportunities to add unnecessary costs to the project. Instead, whenever an issue arose, he clearly explained the situation, presented our options, and let us make informed decisions. Beyond the incredible craftsmanship, what truly set Josh apart was the experience he created. We learned so much from him throughout the project, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about delivering the best possible result. His carefully curated team was professional, respectful, and took pride in their work. Over the course of the renovation, they became like family, and we're genuinely going to miss seeing them each day. The finished spaces are more beautiful than we ever imagined, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
