The 2022 customer said weeks went by before the work started and between visits, and that as of August 29th the deck and railing were not finished and the house had not been power washed. The same 2022 customer said that after five emails the owner had not replied, called or shown up.

Back in July I hired CTS to do some lawn-care, cutting grass and trimming, mulching. They did good work and finished the job. I then decided to hire them for the year doing the same and asked if they would give me a quote on painting my 12 x 12 deck and railings. They did and added to power wash the house since they will be doing the same to the deck, okay. CTS (Tad owner) asked for half down, so okay I did that. Now the non-showing up started with one excuse after another. Weeks went by before starting, then showed up power washed the deck and weeks went by again. After a few emails Tad showed up to start painting again weeks went by before he showed up to paint some more. Well as of August 29th the deck and railing are not finished painted the house has not been power washed. After 5 emails they, Tad owner, has not replied nor called me or showed up. Think really hard if you want to hire CTS Landscaping and Handyman. Very, very disappointed in CTS and Tad.
