Curtain Time

The website is deceiving, they no longer have a retail showroom, everything is by appointment only. This is just a small office in a shared work space. Their website showed the hours they were open, so I made the mistake of stopping by to get a roller shade repaired/replaced that I had purchased from them some years ago. There was a gentleman in the office on the phone who ignored me, and a sign on the wall that said “walk ins by appointment “. Lesson learned.

Working with Curtain Time was an excellent experience. Ilya is very knowledgeable and highly professional. He made an overwhelming project manageable. He listened, considered my concerns…and my space…and offered great suggestions. The install was smooth and professional. My window treatments came in under budget too! I am very happy with my beautiful window treatments. I highly recommend Curtain Time.

My fiancé and I were looking for custom blinds for our kitchen and I came across curtain time. Ilya and his team are so kind and knowledgeable about their products! Although there are comparable options online the quality and service doesn’t come close to curtain time. They’re the best!

Ilya at Curtain Time has been wonderful to work with. I originally consulted Blinds to Go, Blinds R Us, and others for our home. However, I found their customer service lacking and felt they were not forthcoming with the quality of product we would be purchasing. Our experience at Curtain Time was completely the opposite. Ilya explained all the options, priced them out, and was very flexible with what works best in our home. We purchased Alta shades with 3 different styles. The install was seamless, the home was left clean (no dust), and the products look great. I would highly recommend working with this professional team.

For me Susan is the heart and soul of Curtain Time. I am very satisfied with the custom made drapes I ordered through her at Curtain Time. Susan was knowledgeable about every detail that should be considered when making such a purchase from fabrics, styling, linings, lengths and rods. She never pressured me into making any decision. I needed the right fabric and the right look for five windows in my living room. It had to be just right - I did not want the drapes to overwhelm the room. I could not be more saitsfied with the results and working with Susan on this project. Curtain Time's installer, Mike, is another pro, who deserves many accolades for his skill and patients and I might add just a very pleasant person. Last but not least the drapes are beautifully made.
