One name runs through the reviews of QualityBuilt Construction: Pasha. The company's site lists Pasha Supron as its general manager, and he is the one customers describe — pricing the job, running the demo, setting the tile. A December 2024 reviewer who had used him for about ten years across two houses put it in one line: "his quote is the quote and never goes over." The work that comes up most is bathrooms, usually taken to the studs. A March 2023 customer who picked him because, they said, he is one of the few certified tile installers in Massachusetts had a master bath gut-renovated and singled out the tiling — floor, wall and the bath and shower alcove — down to the uniform grout lines. A September 2023 reviewer had a master bath shower rebuilt and said the framing was solid and the new wall tile matched the old. In 2022 he built three bathrooms in one condo, a customer wrote in March 2023, and a May 2024 reviewer's Boston condo bathroom landed on time and within budget, with Pasha handling the city building department. Structural work turns up too. A January 2022 reviewer had a load-bearing wall removed and a new support beam set for an open-concept living room and kitchen, permitting included; a January 2023 customer describes a kitchen gut, another load-bearing wall out, enlarged windows, insulation and siding, flooring and custom woodwork. Small jobs get the same treatment — an April 2024 reviewer with what they called a small job got a fair price, an on-time crew and the whole thing done in a single day, and a March 2023 customer had shelves and baseboards installed. Five Google reviewers describe going back for more: one who has hired him for every house project since buying their home in 2017, another who had two Boston renovations done, and the March 2026 customer who finished one bathroom and is planning the next. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #187477, is active on the state registry, and Angi lists a self-reported trade licence number, CS-110326. Both platforms sit at 5 stars — 30 ratings on Google, 12 on Angi. For a gut bathroom, tile-heavy finish work or a wall that has to come out, this is a builder with a decade of repeat customers behind him. Because Pasha is on the job himself, ask early where you land in his schedule and what the sequence looks like from demo through final.
From initial estimate, through contract preparation, demo, rough and final work, Pasha was on top of everything. Worked efficiently and neat. Very skilled carpenter and tiler. Things were "done right". I am planning to have Pasha do another bathroom in my house, that says it all.
Pasha has done two renovations for our Boston homes and his work is fantastic, clean, and very helpful with design, also. We highly recommend Quality Built for any renovation project. We will also hire Quality Built for future renovations
Quality Built Construction scheduled a visit for a gut renovation bathroom. Pasha arrived on time pleasant and so professional... The finished project is fantastic. We could not be happier.
I have been using Pasha for about 10 years at two different houses. His work is impeccable, communication excellent and his quote is the quote and never goes over. I trust him implicitly.
What can't Pasha of QualityBuilt Construction do?! We have completed every single house project with Pasha since purchasing our home in 2017... impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail, authenticity and integrity.
