D&D Junk Removal is the Webster-and-Dudley crew Worcester County calls when something heavy has to leave the house — and the volume of feedback is the headline: 466 reviews on file since 2021, and a Google profile showing 5.0 stars across 572 ratings. Owner Damien Dittmar says on the company's site that he still shows up on jobs himself and that callers reach him rather than a dispatcher, and reviewers bear that out by name, mentioning Damien, Rob and office staffer Honesty over and over. The pattern in what customers describe is speed and a firm price given before anything moves. The company prices by volume with an on-site quote you approve first, and reviewers keep confirming it: one in August 2026 said the crew arrived, quoted on site at a very reasonable price, and was done and gone in just over an hour; another the same month said the price came in lower than expected on a Worcester basement cleared of building materials before a sale. Several describe same-day or next-day pickup, and one long-standing customer said the company arrives the next day whenever they need something taken. The jobs themselves are specific and often awkward: an old dock hauled up a steep hill, a hot tub cut up and removed after another company botched the attempt, a heavy piano taken from a father's home with texted arrival updates, an industrial water heater and two beds, a barn cleared out, a wood shed demolished, and a basement reached only through an old bulkhead. Customers also mention the crew sweeping up and cleaning the dirt left behind. Two caveats. Price is not universally cheap for small loads: a May 2026 reviewer with a large, heavy pile said it felt a little pricey though worth it, and a 2026 repeat customer thought the charge for removing two chairs was a little high. And the one clearly negative account, from December 2023, said the company was poor about returning calls or messages and that despite listing Killingly, Connecticut as a service area they said they did not want new business there — worth checking directly if you are on the Connecticut side of the line. A strong call for a same-day cleanout, an appliance, furniture or hot tub removal, or a weekly residential trash pickup around Webster, Dudley, Oxford and Worcester. Get the on-site quote before work starts (that is how they say they price it), and if you are in Killingly, confirm coverage on the phone first.
“I recently switched from Pratt to D&D Junk Removal. Pratt wasn't too bad, but I like D&D better. Trash is picked up once per week for $45/month. Not sure what they'd charge for every other week.”
This is the second time I have used D&D and they were great. Showed up when they said they would, fair price offered and done within 10 minutes.
Most excellent!
Punctual, courteous, and friendly. They came, evaluated what I needed removed and quoted me a price on site. Once I accepted their price, which was very reasonable, they went to work immediately and were done and gone in just over one hour. I would highly recommend their service. I cannot fail to mention their office person, Honesty. Honesty was informative, scheduled promptly and kept me up-to-date on time of arrival. A true pleasure dealing with everyone associated with this company.
So friendly, so fast, and SO affordable! I will be calling D&D Junk Removal for all future junk removal and recommending them to anyone who will listen!
Damian @ D&D is always prompt, priced fairly and does a thorough job any time we’ve used his services. Thanks again for picking up our pile of trash!
