Silver Fox Painting - House Painting MA

Three bedrooms, a staircase, a bathroom, the living room, the dining room and a family room — primer plus two coats, finished in four days. That July 2026 job is Silver Fox Painting in miniature: a Worcester crew that takes the whole interior at once and moves. It's a family operation, as a February 2025 customer described it, and two names carry the reviews — Brian, who quotes and keeps in touch, and Junior, who is on the job. A February 2024 customer noted the owner was always on site. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #214188, is active under Silver Fox Painting & General Services Inc. Google sits at 4.9 across 64 ratings; Thumbtack is 5.0 from 16. They work outside as well as in. An April 2026 homeowner had the full exterior and two sheds painted, and says the crew replaced all the wood rot on the house first; a June 2026 review credits them with carpentry on the house alongside the paint. Cabinets, a deck stained after an interior job, and a cathedral-ceiling bedroom that needed old wallpaper stripped all turn up in 2024 and 2025 accounts, and a December 2024 repeat customer mentions a warranty on the work. One April 2026 review isn't about paint at all — a same-day junk pickup, with the place cleaned before they left, which fits the "General Services" in the registered name. Speed and price are what people keep writing about: a whole house done in about five and a half days in a February 2025 review, quotes several customers call fair and reasonable. The finish is where the trouble shows up. A November 2025 one-star review describes a long list of touch-ups the customer had to walk the house and label — the crew did fix them, but there were many — plus paint spatter still being found afterwards. A May 2025 review runs the same way and ends better: bubbling appeared after the first coat, and the crew came back and sorted it. For a fast repaint of several rooms at once, or an exterior where rotten boards need replacing before the first coat, Brian and Junior's crew is a sensible call — and worth asking about carpentry in the same quote. Pin down who does the final walk-through for touch-ups and drips before the crew packs up, and ask what the warranty a 2024 customer mentioned actually covers.
