I can’t say enough good things about Eric and his family-owned and operated team out of Attleboro, MA. We were referred to Eric through our Realtor, who spoke very highly of him—and from the very first conversation, it was easy to see why. We were dealing with a failed septic system right as we were preparing to sell our home, and to say it was overwhelming would be an understatement. Eric immediately put us at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly—excavation, septic systems, leach fields, and all the things you never really want to learn, but suddenly need to understand. More importantly, he connected us with the right people to get the process started, including an engineer he recommended who turned out to be absolutely the right fit for our situation. Once everything was in motion, Eric and his team handled the job with true professionalism. It’s a family operation, and at one point I even had the pleasure of meeting his father on-site. You could genuinely feel the pride and care they put into their work. We went through this entire process during the winter, including some pretty heavy snowstorms that buried equipment on-site—and yet everything kept moving forward without excuses or delays. What stood out most is that this wasn’t just “a job” to them. It felt like a full, start-to-finish commitment—from the engineer, to the excavation work, to helping us understand maintenance and even offering guidance for future homeowners. Eric went above and beyond, even letting us know he’d be available in the future if we ever needed advice when looking at homes with septic systems. In a very stressful moment for our family, they made everything feel manageable and organized. We’re truly grateful.
