Has always called right back, drivers always before leaving give me everything they took out and what might need to be checked more frequently. Drivers always respectful of your property. Once had to call 2-3 times and leave message with answering service to get call back but it may be the answering service that didn’t get the message sent to company, call back from Raggs stated they only received one message. So still 5 stars as far as I’m concerned.
