A recent customer, Manny Ambrosio, said Bryan came to the first meeting to talk through what needed to be done and called the quotes the best they had received. A 2026 customer said Dave was thorough in his quote and that the yard was left just how they found it after cleanup. In a 2023 review, a customer said Dave was the only contractor to diagnose the problem properly and stopped a leaky flat roof from leaking, with no leak since September 2022. I Manny Ambrosio was very satisfied doing business with Bryan and Dave. Bryan showed up for our first meeting and we talked about what needed to be done and everything was professional and promised. I had quotes done i have to say they were the best. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dave was very thorough in his quote. The price was good and everyone there was very conscience of the surroundings. The cleanup was meticulous and our yard was left just how they found it. I would highly recommend this company. We felt Dave did as he quoted. The workmanship was excellent.

Dave Ramdowski came out and told me what needed to be done. He was the only contractor that came out to diagnose the problem properly and made the leaky flat roof not leak. It has been since September of 2022 and not a leak. He did not try and scare me like another roofer did. Highly recommended.
Dave really knows his stuff. Out of several roofing companies, he was the only one who gave us advice tailored to our circa 1900 house. He advised against ridge vents, which would have likely sucked a lot of heat up because of the house's old balloon framing and uninsulated walls. (And because our attic has never had moisture problems anyways.) He figured out that our gutter problems were related to a sagging porch and fixed it by adding a leader, which probably saved our stone foundation in the long run. He remembered our extra requests, like replacing a spot of missing flashing. And he went the extra mile to get the color we wanted from his distributor. He's got great stories about roofing and is a fun guy to talk with. It took a while to get on his schedule, but his crew was reliable and did beautiful work. Both he and his son were on-site during the day of our job. His son, Bryan, also came by the next day to do a final sweep and clean-up. We haven't found a nail yet! I went up during a big rain to check on the new roof and it's performing beautifully. We are very happy customers.
