Chad, the representative from DaBella, arrived promptly. He was very courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. He taught me things about my roof and the structure of my house which I had never noticed ( and I am pretty observant) and explained in detail both what was the.state of my roof and what DaBella could do with a new roof—a lot. I am very convinced that these are excellent roofers who use the best and most up-to-date products available.
Bree Wycoff explained everything to me in easy & simple detail so I could understand it thoroughly! It was a very positive & knowledgeable appointment that left me confident in the product DaBella was going to provide for my home, giving me much comfort in my home!
They scheduled a meeting time; no one showed up. No emails, texts, or calls about not being able to show up. Then, after the fact i was inundated with calls with them wanting to set up an appointment. Not Happy.
Alex and Ivan performed a thorough inspection of our roof, outside and inside, and provided options to get into our price range. They were transparent with pricing and expectations, and were respectful of our needs.
