The crew maintained an exceptionally clean work site throughout the project. At the end of each day, all debris was removed, and the property was left neat and organized. I never had to worry about materials or trash being left scattered around the house. In addition to the roof replacement, Clay also replaced my skylight. After the installation, I noticed some visible gaps around the skylight from inside the house. As soon as I brought this to Clay’s attention, he responded immediately and sent his team back to address the issue. They carefully sealed the gaps, and the final result was professionally completed. Another example of his customer-focused approach occurred after the project was completed. Rather than immediately removing the dumpster, Clay told us we could keep it for an additional day if we had any household items we wanted to dispose of, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Overall, Clay is one of the best contractors I have worked with across multiple home improvement projects.
