DAFA Construction LLC

Based in New Haven, CT, DAFA Construction says it has spent over three decades on homes across the North Eastern United States, offering construction, general maintenance, restoration, flooring, plumbing and electrical services. One recent job was a fraternity house in New Haven that the customer said was moments from being condemned; three bathrooms, a kitchen, the entire first floor and the basement were renovated. A recent customer who had siding, roofing and a deck done says they got text messages about when work would stop for weather, and appreciated the permit pulling. A recent LVP flooring customer thanked Fabian, Dennis and the whole crew. A 2025 customer said DAFA built a master bedroom addition with two bathrooms and a walk-in closet, and that Fabian caught an error the structural engineer had made in the blueprints. A 2025 reviewer described a two-story addition and Trex deck on a historic home, and wrote that the building department inspector commented on the quality of the work. A 2024 customer said the job removed a load-bearing wall between the living room and kitchen and replaced the floors and countertops, with the space cleaned multiple times a day. A 2024 customer said DAFA helped maximize a fire insurance claim, and the hardwood floors were brought back to life. A recent customer whose deck was replaced is happy with it, but says the estimate of about a month to start turned into about 2 months before work began and 2.5 months to finish. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0658207, as active, held by DAFA Construction LLC.
