BBB files the company under roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, patios, porches, additions and garages, so exterior work is plainly the core and the rest sits around it. BuildZoom scores the profile at 91, which it says ranks in the top 37% of the 139,240 licensed contractors it tracks in Massachusetts. BuildZoom also reports checking his licenses with the state: a Construction Supervisor Specialty license, #CSSL-101231, carrying both roofing and windows-and-siding endorsements and shown as active in May 2026, plus Home Improvement Contractor registration #169611 shown as active in March 2026. The same license list has loose ends worth raising on a call. BuildZoom shows two City of Newton licenses — a general contractor and an electrical contractor entry, both #105435 — that it could not verify and that carried December 2022 expirations, and a separate Home Improvement Contractor record, #128572, that the site says was at one point cancelled. Neither BBB nor BuildZoom carries any customer reviews for him, so there is nothing here from homeowners who have actually hired the company — only its credentials and its permit history. He is the natural call for a full roof replacement or a re-side on an older single-family home north of Boston, the work his permits show over and over. Before signing, ask him to confirm the current status of the CSSL and HIC registrations directly with the state, ask what the cancelled #128572 registration was, and ask for a few recent local references given how little is posted publicly.
