Dave Lane Building & Remodeling

A 2024 Google reviewer wrote that, over the three years before that review, Dave Lane had put a metal roof and siding on the house and done a total bathroom remodel. On the latest job, that 2024 customer said, he installed flooring in four rooms and transformed the living room. The same 2024 reviewer called Dave very thorough and said he worked with them from the beginning to the end of the project. A 2024 Google reviewer who said Dave was their pick unless they were in a pinch on time wrote that Dave and his crew did not rush the job and made sure it was done right, and that he stood by his work even after the last check had cleared. That 2024 reviewer also wrote that Dave worked with subcontractors, naming Signature Masonry as the one that rebuilt their chimney and reconstructed the basement bulkhead entrance. On Houzz, the company describes itself as an interior and exterior home improvement and general contracting service provider. BuildZoom shows six of its projects. Its MA home improvement contractor (HIC) licence, number 158369, with David Lane as holder of record, is active on the state registry.
