A June 2026 customer praised Family Tree and Home’s large tree removal, including the crew's follow-through, thorough cleanup, and pricing. The Belchertown company describes its work on its BBB page as roofing, tree services, landscaping, home improvements, and snow removal. Google shows 4.4 stars from 73 ratings as of September 2026. Customers have also described storm-related work. In a December 2025 review, one said the company responded to a Sunday emergency within two hours and patched the roof before an approaching storm. A July 2025 reviewer described a large fallen tree after a storm: the crew arrived at 11 p.m., finished around 12:30 a.m., and followed up afterward. In March 2024, another customer praised the crews and subcontractors who updated their 1974 Cape Cod home. Follow-up drew a different response from a May 2025 customer. They said the company quickly provided an appealing quote, but never responded after they accepted it within the requested timeframe, even after a further email. The BBB lists two complaints and gives the company an A grade. Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration 193391, held by Jillian Southwick-Hall, was expired at the September 2026 registry check. BuildZoom separately lists home improvement contractor registration number 205681. BuildZoom describes an older registration, 178869, as previously cancelled.
