David Masse

David Masse is a Wakefield-based general contractor. His Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#181991) is active on the state registry, and BuildZoom shows 61 projects on his profile with a services list covering kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodeling plus additions. That BuildZoom profile also lists other license numbers under the same business name — a construction supervisor license, a second home improvement contractor number, and one whose own listing shows contradictory active and expired dates. Only #181991 is verified active with the state; anyone considering hiring should confirm any other number directly with the registry. Anyone hiring for a remodel or addition should confirm current licensing directly with the state and ask to see recent, comparable project photos before booking.
