Either way, the written customer history is thin: two reviews, both from 2019, pulling in opposite directions. The first, from July 2019, is brief and positive — good work, good price. The second, from May 2019, is a one-star account of an estimate that never came. Glenn walked the yard, went over the job and said he would email a quote; four days and repeated follow-ups later, the customer wrote that it still hadn't arrived. That is the thing to test early: get the estimate in writing before you plan around them. The company describes itself as a small, family-owned, full-service operation — landscape design, construction and installation, maintenance and lawn care, irrigation, hardscapes and landscape lighting — and says it belongs to the Cape Cod Landscaping Association. Its Angi profile, listed under a Sandwich address rather than the North Falmouth one, is new and unrated and advertises mowing, aeration, lawn care and snow removal. For routine Cape maintenance work from a long-established local crew, it's a reasonable call. Pin the quote down first, and ask how long the estimate takes to arrive.
