DB Lawn Care & Landscape, LLC

On a Sunday evening in December 2021 a homeowner messaged DB Lawn Care about a leaf vac and got an answer right away. The crew turned up the next day, raked well past the area they had been asked to clear, and hand-raked the whole front of the property before leaving. That is the kind of job customers keep describing about David Brian's outfit. DB is owner-operated out of Reading. The company's site says David Brian began his career as an arborist in 2013 and counts 13 years in the trade, and it covers Reading, North Reading and Lynnfield with seasonal lawn maintenance, irrigation installation and service, and commercial snow and ice management. Most of the written accounts are about the season-in, season-out work — mowing, spring and fall cleanups, general yard upkeep. A customer in April 2022 had the spring cleanup that had been left over from the previous fall and wrote that every leaf and twig went, and that the yard had never looked that clean. Others from 2021 and 2022 land on the same few things in different words: messages answered quickly, the price matching what was quoted, no surprises. Two were writing in a second season with him, and a customer in April 2024 had the team on regular mowing, seasonal cleanups and odd yard jobs. A May 2023 customer had a two-day project done at a new home in Wakefield, which sits outside the three towns the site names — so if you are a town or two out, ask whether he covers you. The written accounts run from 2021 to 2024 and all sit on Google. For weekly lawn care, a real cleanup, or irrigation around Reading, this is a straightforward call. Ask what this season's schedule looks like and exactly what the cleanup price covers before you commit to the year.
