DCHomes recently completed a major bathroom renovation for me. I selected Dale and company after considerable research and reference checking. From start to finish Dale, his team members, including the subcontractors he supervised were absolutely outstanding.<br>Each group was consistently on schedule, starting promptly and always leaving my home as clean (if not cleaner) as when they started.<br>As important the project was completed on time and without cost overruns.<br>A Pleasure!!!

Dale did full renovation of my Master Bath several months back, and it came out amazing. He listened and understood exactly what my wife and I were going for. The work was done in a very timely manner, I might even say much faster than expected and at a very reasonable price. Dale is extremely honest and trustworthy and truly cares about his customers. Dale, CJ, and their team are top notch and I would recommend with out any hesitation. I've recently rehired them to fully renovate our Kitchen as well so I'm sure I will have more to share soon!

DCHomes did an outstanding job constructing a second garage and a walkout landing/stairway for our new home. Pricing was competitive. Quality and workmanship was outstanding. Dale and his son Christian were exceptionally attentive during all phases of construction. They offer a complete turnkey construction service. I highly recommend DCHomes.

Dale was the most responsive and accommodating contractor that I ever had. He remodeled my bathroom and even though I was away during the timeframe that he did it, he always kept me informed on the progress and sent me videos as the project progressed. He also suggested tile places since I was having a difficult time finding tile. Even the sales person in the tile store stated commented that she never worked with someone so responsive. He also completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend him for any project that you have.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Dale renovated a full bathroom for us and we are so happy with the results. Working with Dale (and Christian) was so easy and hassle free that we decided to have him also replace 2 sets of french doors, 5 windows, and three small porches. His pricing is fair, his work is excellent, he is a great communicator (all my texts were answered right away) and he always shows up when he says he is going to. He also has a great group of sub-contractors so there was never any delays there. I highly recommend DCHomes Builder.
